The underestimated all-rounder.

Native to North Africa and Europe, camomile has been used for centuries for therapeutic purposes. While the Greeks used to prescribe it as a medicine in the form of chamomile infusions, the Germanic tribes believed in its protective powers against misfortune and illness and counted it among their nine sacred plants. Today, camomile is valued above all for its immune-boosting and digestive properties as well as its calming and anti-inflammatory effects. Due to its effect and unmistakable flavour, chamomile tea is now a popular classic among teas, which even Mick Jagger allegedly swears by.

It has also become an integral part of international bars. As ‘The Chamomile Sour’, a whiskey sour based on chamomile tea, it delights the night scene and shows that chamomile tea is anything but boring. Ours certainly isn't. That's why it's called THE CAMOMILE.
